1. Introduction

Welcome to KSA Bus Hire. By using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Definitions

Company: Refers to KSA Bus Hire.

Customer: Refers to any person or entity utilizing the services of KSA Bus Hire.

Service: Refers to the transportation services provided by KSA Bus Hire.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Booking Process: All bookings must be made through our website, via phone, or through email. Bookings are subject to availability.

3.2 Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other methods as specified on our website.

3.3 Refund Policy: Cancellations made at least 10 - 14 days before the scheduled service qualify for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 10 - 14 days of the scheduled service are non-refundable unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.

4. Service Terms

4.1 Service Availability: KSA Bus Hire reserves the right to modify or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, mechanical issues, or other emergencies. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify customers and provide alternative arrangements or a full refund.

4.2 Passenger Conduct: Customers are expected to behave in a manner that ensures the safety and comfort of all passengers and the driver. KSA Bus Hire reserves the right to refuse service to any customer whose behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or in violation of company policies.

4.3 Luggage: Customers are responsible for their own luggage. KSA Bus Hire is not liable for any loss or damage to luggage unless caused by the company’s negligence.

4.4 Vehicle Cleanliness: Customers are required to maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle during the service. Any spillage or spoilage caused by food, beverages, or other substances will incur a cleaning fine of  Saudi Riyal 612.65, which will be charged to the customer.

5. Liability

5.1 Limitation of Liability: KSA Bus Hire shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

5.2 Insurance: All vehicles are fully insured as per the legal requirements. However, customers are advised to carry their own travel insurance to ensure full coverage during their journey.

6. Privacy Policy

KSA Bus Hire respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Our privacy policy, available on our website, outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Saudi Arabia.
